Privacy Policy
Plain and short. This is what we do with the information you share with Nudge, and what we don't.

Nudge is a four-engineer studio based in Surat, India. You can reach us at social@nudgesystems.in. This policy covers this website and any contact you make through it.
// 02 · what we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us. When you use the contact form or email us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, and your message. We don't ask for anything else, and we don't track you across other sites.
// 03 · information you share for contact
Any personal information you give us — including your phone number and email address — is shared by you voluntarily and on purpose, for the single reason of letting us contact you back about your enquiry.
Because you provide it for that purpose, any leak, interception, misuse, or unauthorised access to your email address or phone number is not our responsibility, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We take reasonable care, but no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed fully secure.

- We keep it only as long as needed to respond and follow up.
// 05 · third parties and tracking
The contact form posts to a small script on our own server, which emails your message to our inbox through our email host. No third-party form service sits in between.
We run no advertising and no cross-site tracking anywhere on this site. Your theme and display preferences are saved in your own browser's local storage; they stay on your device and are never sent to us.
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to see which work people read and where the site trips them up. Google Analytics records the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are (from an IP address it anonymises before storing), and what device and browser you used. Microsoft Clarity records the same and also plays your visit back — where you scrolled, moved and tapped — which it turns into heatmaps. Both set their own cookies.
Neither one loads until you allow it. On your first visit a small notice asks; until you answer, and forever if you answer no thanks, no analytics script is requested and no analytics cookie is set. Your answer is kept in your own browser, not with us. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as a no and do not ask at all.

Want your details removed from our inbox? Email social@nudgesystems.in and we'll delete them. You are always free to simply not share your phone number or email.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. Established 2026.
