We ask for everything: the business, the users, the system you have now, and what has already failed. The uncomfortable questions come before the estimate, not after it.

Full scope, honest pricing, and a delivery timeline — in writing, before a single line of code is touched. If something in your plan won't work, we tell you at this stage, while it's still cheap to change.
